A Brief History of Delta 9 THC
Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol or more well known as THC is a naturally occuring psychoactive compound found in the cannabis plant. The history of delta 9 THC is closely tied to the history of cannabis use, which dates back thousands of years.

First Synthetization
In 1964, Israeli scientist Raphael Mechoulam and his team synthesized delta 9 thc for the first time. By result, researchers were able to study the effects of the compound, leading to a better understanding of how it interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system.

Full Spectrum Hemp Extract
In the context of CBD and hemp products, full spectrum CBD refers to a product that contains the entirety of the hemp plant such as terpenes, flavonoids, other cannabinoids, and THC. The term full spectrum is used to indicate that the product contains the full spectrum of the hemp plant, as opposed to only containing some of the other cannabinoids or THC.
When using a product under the full spectrum or broad spectrum category, something called the entourage effect occurs. The entourage effect occurs whenever the various compounds from the plant work together to compliment the effects of the product. More research is needed to fully understand the potential of the entourage effect.

When we say our gummies are derived from non GMO hemp, that means we don’t use genetically modified hemp for making our products. GMO means genetically modified organism, which means that the genetic material of the organism has been altered using genetic engineering techniques.
