Description
Why Use a Roll On CBD Oil?
Salve has the potential to leave your hands feeling greasy, and lotions have so many ingredients that it can be hard to find one that works for you if you have sensitive skin or allergies. With our Active CBD Oil Peppermint and CBD Roll On, you can worry less! The easy to use roller ball design means that you don’t have to worry about touching the oil to apply and can just roll it directly where you want it without the mess. Our CBD roll on for pain only contains three ingredients, making it a popular option for those with sensitive skin and allergies.
Many people are using our CBD roll on to help with aches and pains, and even migraines. The roll on applicator makes this CBD product the perfect way to apply CBD oil to the affected area without making a mess. CBD has been shown in many studies to have potential as an anti-inflammatory, and the peppermint essential oil we add has a high concentration of menthol, which is known for the tingling and cooling sensation it produces that make it a common ingredient in pain relief products.
How To Use CBD Freeze Roll On
We often have customers share review after review with us about the kind of minor ailments they are using our products for, and we enjoy sharing their success stories! We have many people that use the Peppermint and CBD oil roll on for pain relief from arthritis, joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, nerve pain and nerve damage, and even sore and tired muscles. Headaches, tension headaches, migraines, nasal congestion, and sinus infections are examples of other afflictions that customers are sharing success with using this product for. Some consumers even use our roll on for relief from itchy skin, often caused by bug bites, mosquito bites, and even chronic pruritus, which is chronically itchy skin that can be caused by neuropathic, dermatologic, and other types of disorders.
Optimizing Absorption
Many people often find that CBD topicals tend to absorb better when certain conditions are met. A nice warm shower can remove dirt and dead skin, leaving your pores unclogged and your skin ready to absorb CBD and the nourishing hemp seed oil. If you’re in a bit of a rush or are unable to shower before applying, many people like to apply a hot compress to the area before applying to maximize absorption.
How To Apply CBD Roll On For Pain
For aches and pains you will take the roll on and apply in a circular motion, making sure to apply pressure so that the roller ball is able to rotate, thus providing you with an even distribution of CBD and peppermint essential oil. Common areas where people use the CBD roll on for pain relief include the neck, shoulder muscles, wrists, hands, knees, ankles, feet, and anywhere else they are feeling pain.
How To Apply for Headaches and Migraines
For headaches and migraines, the application site will be a bit different from using it for pain relief. Using the same circular motion and pressure you would use for pain, people often choose to apply it to their temples, behind their ears, the back of the neck, shoulders, and their chest for headaches and migraines. The goal of applying the CBD roll on for pain to these areas is to apply CBD to the areas where pain and muscle tightness can trigger tension headaches and to have the peppermint essential oil close enough to the face for the aromatherapy effects.
How Much to Use
As with all CBD products, finding the dose that works best for you can be a challenge. Most people will start by applying our Active CBD Oil Peppermint and CBD Roll On once per day and then apply as needed. The CBD roll on oil is intended for external use only, and it is best that it not be applied to damaged or broken skin. We are not medical providers, and it’s always best to consult your doctor before you start using any new CBD products. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Comparing Our CBD Pain Relief Roll On With Our Other CBD Topicals
We carry a wide variety of CBD topical products. Let’s compare a few so that you have a better idea of what you may want to try!
Roll On vs. Salve
One of the biggest differences between our peppermint roll on and our salve is going to be the type of CBD they are both made with. While our CBD topical roll on is made using CBD isolate, our salve comes in a broad spectrum or full spectrum option. This is important due to what is called the entourage effect. The entourage effect is the idea that the more parts of the hemp plant you have working together, the better it could potentially work. Because broad spectrum and full spectrum products both have a large majority of the plant extract within them, the entourage effect is thought to be able to be produced by them. Our roll on is not expected to produce the entourage effect, due to CBD and hemp seed oil being the only plant components within the product. This difference is often a major deciding factor for people using CBD for more intense pain.
Another difference to consider is that roll ons are able to provide more controlled application to smaller sites, while a salve is able to be applied to broader areas with ease.
Roll On vs. Lotion
An important difference between the peppermint roll on and our CBD lotions is that the roll on is oil based and the lotion is water based. While this does mean that the lotion absorbs better and leaves less residue than the oil, it also means that we have to add more ingredients to the lotion in order to make it water based. Some people with sensitive skin or allergies to fragrances prefer the roll on due to the simple list of three ingredients. Our salve is another popular option for people with sensitive skin if they’re looking to use a topical on a wider area than the roll on would be beneficial for.
Roll On vs. Lip Balm
When looking for a CBD product that will be easy to take on the go, our CBD roll on stick and lip balm quickly come to mind due to their small size and easy to use design. The biggest difference here is going to be CBD concentration. While the roll on CBD contains 500 mg of CBD, the lip balm contains approximately 6 mg of CBD in the entire lip balm stick. While the roll on is popular for pain and migraines, the lip balm isn’t going to pack as much of a punch as the CBD roll on for pain relief. The lip balm is more popular for dry, sunburned lips, cold sores, and even itchy insect bites, but we don’t see people using it for pain relief in the way we see people using the roll on.
Roll On vs. Bath Bomb
When your pain is in one small area, it may be easier to apply CBD oil for pain roll on. But what if your pain is more widespread? If your whole body is sore from an intense workout or a long work day, that’s going to be a solid example of what we see people using our bath bombs for. A bath bomb is a convenient way to apply a topical to your entire body and all of your muscles at once without having to reach around to your back and shoulders in a way that may make your pain worse. If you’re in pain and experiencing a migraine, we even offer a peppermint bath bomb!
